Adult Training Clinic

Are you looking to improve your game?

We have partnered with Rideau District High School to offer a weekend of skills training. The camp will be held in Elgin (approx. 45mins north of Kingston) and will include Friday evening, all day Saturday, and Sunday afternoon.

We will be covering the basics like serving, setting, passing and attacking the ball, we will also be discussing the fundamentals of positions.

This training will be presented in a way to allow many skill levels and goals. For example, while we work on attacking the ball some will want to build on their standing roll shots, while others may want to learn/practice quicks and shoots; others may want to simply figure out what that means, all will be accommodated while receiving feedback from the coaches.

Training will be presented by the coaches at Rideau High School as well as some guest coaches from our Ryatt community.

This weekend is sure to be a blast and will help shake the cobwebs out or transition from beach.

If you are looking to move from an underhand serve to an overhand, or to a jump serve, if your team is interested to moving into the next level of competition and want to understand positional play, or if you just need some time practice your skills, this is the opportunity for you.

Additionally, all funds raised will go to support the Rideau District High School's Volleyball Programs.
